University Internship
Singapore Green Building Council
During my internship at SGBC, I was immersed in the operational aspects of sustainability within the built environment sector. I had the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects like the Indoor Air 2026 conference, where I gained valuable experience in event management, stakeholder coordination, and communication strategies. This experience allowed me to apply the theoretical sustainability concepts I had learned at school, particularly in relation to green building certifications and indoor environmental quality, in a real-world context. By working closely with various teams, from academic institutions to industry professionals, I developed my skills in managing complex tasks, organizing data, and ensuring smooth event execution. Overall, my time at SGBC deepened my understanding of sustainability practices, while further fueling my passion for the field and solidifying my desire to contribute to the industry's growth.
Technology To Business [EP0407]

This module aims to develop students by providing a hands-on experience in the technology entrepreneurial process of discovering, evaluating and exploiting the opportunities with existing and/or emerging technologies (e.g. API, Robotic, Cybersecurity, RPA, Power BI etc.), innovate and transform into viable businesses. Learnt fundamental knowledge of emerging technologies as well as be equipped with basic business start-up functional skills.
My main contribution to this project was drawing and creating the video visuals and presenting on market validation.
Polytechnic Internship
Savills Property Management
Embarking on my internship at Savills property management, I was able to learn the day-to-day operations onsite at private residential estates and managed onsite issues such as residents’ complaints and facility faults, which further boosted my ambition to enter the industry. Through my internship, I was able to perform my technical skills learnt in class and perform them in real situations which allowed me to build my practical skills and enhance the quality of living for residents. Managing the estate also build my interest in the industry.
Ideation, Prototyping and Start-Up Acceleration [EP1100]
SPiNOFF - La Patisserie
Together with a team of students from different disciplines, we helped a local entrepreneur manage and market her home-based bakery business. This project displays my commitment to boosting the performance of the business, which in turn improves the income of others. I leveraged my skills and knowledge to design marketing materials and communicate with customers to increase the business’s revenue. When designing the marketing materials I ideated on different strategies to boost sales and solve challenges. My passion for business is displayed through my perseverance in experimenting with alternative marketing platforms to discover what works in attracting the target market. Integrity can be seen through my determination to deliver my best in addressing customers’ requirements and providing a satisfactory service. I treat the team and customers as I validated their concerns and respected our differences.
Social Innovation Project [LC8062]
“How can we help parents or children in Singapore to deepen their bonds?”
My contributions to this project were designing the posters and the presentation slides along with ideation. I also took part in interviewing some of my friends for data collection for this project. The main aim of this module was to create an event for awareness of our project statement.
Introduction to Digital Marketing [EP0702]
Subway Chickpea Wrap Promotion
For this module, we choose the famous food chain Subway as our topic for a company analysis project on vegetarian fast food chain options in the market. The aim of the project was to market a product from the chosen company and analyse the interactions on social media platforms. The main parts of the project that I contributed were the design and posting on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
